@nataliecat190 In response to your comment, I myself didn't even know that was Dakota while watching the film. I took her for someone I didn't know—some adult lady I was seeing for the first time, while in fact I had already seen Dakota in various interviews

gifted children may talk like adults cause their brains are more developed that most children or even some adults.. ehem... vocabulary is one of the indications on how developed a brain is at a particular age. and not just because kids are directed. remember dakota started reading when she was 2. so i guess she should just prgoress from then on. on make up, well they are actors and they have to play the part. it's not differeng from face painting. the latter is just more whimsical.

Agree with you... shows years of being instructed in the direction of where their parents wanted them to go instead of having a childhood with friends - I don't think I need to expand - you know and I know, and every parent with a child knows - who isn't pushing them into a career or a life "they choose".
