I don't know where it says we are born sinners. We are born innocent. We are born into a sinful world. We have all fallen short of the Glory of God. Romans 3:23. There is a Higher Power. His name is Jesus. And yes, there are multiple religions, but that isn't because they aren't 'comfortable standing on their own,'

I don't agree with the "we don't deserve it" mantra either. The Bible contends that we are born sinners... but how can people sin in the womb? Believing in a higher-power gives people enlightenment though which is fine. That is why there are so many religions... there's always something out there for people to believe in when they aren't comfortable standing on their own.
