Ganondorf was lying when you beat Phantom Ganon; he's actually easier than the phantom. Unlike Phantom Ganon's, Ganondorf's fireballs don't speed up with each bounce and you can always use horizontal swings to deflect them. So simply bounce Ganondorf's fireballs back at him until one hits him, at which point you can shoot him with a Light Arrow to stun him and make him vulnerable to your sword.
Besides his standard fireballs, Ganondorf has two other attacks. The first, where he punches the center platform and makes a ring of floor blocks drop, he always performs at the start of the fight and will also use it if you're on the center platform when he's not stunned. Note that the corners of the room can never be knocked away, and if you fall you can climb back up the center platform. His third attack is an even larger, multi-shot fireball that takes a while for him to charge up. If you time it right you can deflect these with a spin attack but it's easier to just shoot him with a Light Arrow while he's charging it. These fireballs can also knock away floor blocks. | | |
